Laaaaaaaaaame.
So, I’m sitting around Friday night, doing my usual internet nerd routine. And out of nowhere, BAM I get this wave of aches in my joints, total exhaustion, chills, and light-headedness. It’s the kind of overall body ache you get when you’ve been sick all day, only I felt fine. Well, other than the weird flu-without-a-flu feeling.
It persisted into Saturday where it kept vacillating. I’d feel rejuvenated one minute only to get all dizzy the next. And about half an hour ago my temperature finally went over 98 degrees (in fact, a little over 101).
It’s official, I’m sick. I wouldn’t mind, but whatever it is, it’s keeping me just foggy-headed enough that I can’t really concentrate on writing Issue 2.2. This is a problem because I’m still not 100% sure how to get from where the mid-point of the issue to the end of it, so I kind of need my meager faculties in (my poor excuse for) tip-top shape.
Instead, I’m sitting here staring at the screen like…
PANEL 1
ROBO uh…punches. A thing.
On the bright side, I figured out how to segue from the end of 2.2 to the beginning of 2.3.
BIG SUNDAY UPDATE: Well, an eleven hour mini-coma and two sets of sheets later, I appear to be cured. Hooray!
