It’s a shame Umbrella Academy will win for best Limited Series. Still, just to get nominated on our first book is amazing enough. Here’s hoping that Ronda can pull out a win for us!

    That’s really incredible, and at least you’re getting this level of recognition. But yeah, the Dark Tower has Stephen King’s name on it (and it was a treat to all the Tower Junkies out there) and Umbrella Academy brought more people into my LCS than I ever thought possible. I didn’t read it, so I can’t comment, but I wouldn’t be suprised to see it walk away with the award.

    It’s just a shame the retailer vote is so heavily swayed by sales. Oh well. Getting nominated was pretty amazing. We’re probably being greedy if we expect more than that :)

    I must say that while I enjoyed Umbrella Academy greatly, Atomic Robo is the most fun I’ve had reading a comic in a long, long time. I’ll be rooting for you!
