Oh boy, I’m gonna bust my Anime Boston Cherry this Friday! So excited!! People who’s opinions I trust have been telling me since Vol.1 came out that I needed to take Atomic Robo to AB. And now I finally am. I’m sure that by the end of it I’ll be wishing I was dead, but for right now, I am very excited.
I will be in Artist Alley at Table P45, with the lovely and talented Michael “Mookie” Terraciano, who at the Eleventh Hour came to my rescue and offered me a place to plant my butt, after my original plans fell through.

The next time someone says “Hey, come set up with us, we’ll handle the details.” my response will just be a polite, “Thanks, but no thanks.” I’ll handle the details on my own. At least that way, when the ball gets dropped, I’ve only got me to be pissed off at. Oh well. Life moves on. Continue reading

While Brian was here we visited Double Midnight Comics, ate and both Red Arrow dinners, plus a 3rd down in Nashua who’s name escapes me. We also attempted, in good New England tradition, to go out for ice cream in freezing cold weather. For a couple of days it was a glimpse into what it might be like if we lived in the same town and shared a studio. Not really productive, but a whole lot of fun. Continue reading

So it’s quarter to seven, Dorinda is shuffling around the kitchen, the widget is in a comma wrapped in a “wubbie” at the kitchen table, and Clevinger in catatonic on my couch.
New Hampshire is flooded, and it’s still raining -I just want to go back to bed. Continue reading
