Don't let the "man" make you feel like you have to be all cuddly and soft. The reason people invite you on pod-casts is to find out what makes you tick as an artist and as a person. If that includes a negative opinion of someone/something, then go ahead and air your dirty laundry. One of my favorite things about your personal style is that you are always honest about what you're thinking, even if that means being a total dill-weed from someone else's point of view.
